Beacon Island's rich, southern styling is patterned after colonial, coastal Carolina and Georgia.

Twenty-three Builder Reserves are available for development, arranged into seven distinct community areas. Each Builder Reserve will be planned and developed by carefully-selected professional builders.

First builders announced. Verandah is pleased to announce that Dan Wallrath Custom Homes and Harbour Classic Builders have been chosen as the first builders on Beacon Island. They will begin construction of custom estate home sites in 2008. Site plan is subject to change.
